Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your order please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details. If we receive your cancellation request before your order has shipped, we will cancel your order and refund the total amount charged in the same manner in which you originally paid for the purchase.
If your cancellation request is received after your order has been shipped, please follow our return policy. Your cancellation will have to be treated as a Return.
Products may only be returned within 14 days of purchase. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Please do not send your purchase back before contacting us first.

At our discretion, we may require item(s) be sent back to us in order to fulfill your return request. We may also require a receipt or other proof of purchase, including the e-mail confirmation of your order.
The customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees related to the return of the product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved for a refund, it will generally be processed on the same day, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or other original method of payment when the returned item is processed. Depending on the method of payment, issued refunds may take approximately 5-10 business days to appear as a credit on your statement.
Reasons for rejection include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Item(s) was returned without first contacting us,
• Return timeframe has expired,
• No proof of purchase was provided.

Depending on the method of payment issued refunds may take approximately 5–10 business days to appear as a credit on your statement.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within the time periods above you may want to do the following:
• If you originally paid by debit card or check, contact the bank and inquire on the timing for processing.
• If you paid by credit card, contact the credit card company and inquire about the processing time for credits to your account. Processing of these types of transactions are sometime delayed by the banks and credit card companies.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when first received by you. Exchanges will only be permitted for the exact same item. A change in color or product will not qualify as an exchange. If you need to exchange an item, send us an e-mail at: [email protected]
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
